As a sous-chef, you will assist in preparing the meals for our fixed seasonal menu. In winter, we offer a set menu for our guests that is straightforward to maintain, while also welcoming local visitors to join us for meals.
Our dishes are created with care, aiming for exceptional quality, flavour, and presentation.
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing mise en place
Cooking and plating dishes
Assisting with light dishwashing duties
Monitoring and managing stock levels
Helping to clean the kitchen after service
Participating in the development and testing of new dishes, with room for your own professional input

As a waiter/waitress, you will be part of the front-of-house team, ensuring our guests have a warm, enjoyable dining experience. In winter, we offer a fixed seasonal menu for our hotel guests, while also welcoming local visitors.

As a guide, you will be responsible for creating unforgettable experiences for our guests, both in nature and in their interactions with you. You will lead and host a variety of activities, ensuring they are safe, enjoyable, and memorable.
Our activities change with the seasons, but in winter they include snowmobiling, snowshoeing, ice fishing, and outdoor cooking over an open fire. You will also be the first point of contact for your group and assist with transfers to activities and the airport.

Driving guests to and from activities and transfers, including airport pick-ups and drop-offs
Providing safety instructions and ensuring all equipment is used correctly

As an all-round team member in cleaning and housekeeping, you will help keep our facilities in top condition and contribute to the smooth daily operation of our business. Your work ensures our guests enjoy a clean, welcoming, and comfortable environment.
The cleaning of the cabins will take place two days a week, but the rest of your working time will be filled with other tasks that keep the property running smoothly.
Cleaning and maintaining cabins, sauna area, restaurant, and reception
Washing and folding towels, sheets, and other laundry items
Helping with general upkeep tasks such as keeping entrances snow-free in winter
Adding wood to the woodstove and ensuring it operates safely
Assisting in other all-round tasks as needed to support the team
Ensuring cleaning supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained
Reporting any damages, maintenance issues, or missing items
