This serves as an extra layer above a thick winter coat. Högkulla Experience AB complies with the package travel law and has a travel guarantee through membership at Visita.
The program can be changed or canceled by Högkulla Experience AB at any time to ensure your safety and ours.
In case of cancellation from Högkulla Experience AB (Långforsen), the costs already paid will be refunded.
If you cancel yourself 30 days before departure, 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
After 30 days before departure, there is no refund in case of cancellation by the customer.
Liability:
Högkulla Experience AB (Långforsen) reserves the right to alter: itineraries; or timetables without prior notice, should the necessity arise.
We reserve the right to cancel an activity or exclude individuals if we deem it in the person’s or group’s best interest.
No liability is accepted for loss or expenses due to delays or changes of arrival or departures of flights or other services, injury, sickness, accident, strikes,
damage, negligence, weather, wars or other causes outside our control. All such losses and expenses are the personal liability of the traveler.
The estimated duration of activities as indicated by km or timing can change according to road or weather conditions.
Insurance: Högkulla Experience AB (Långforsen) contracted a professional insurance. Nevertheless, we recommend all our clients to have travel insurance.
