You will sleep six nights in our Arctic Glamping in the middle of nature. Every tent has it’s private shower and dry toilet. During the day you will discover what Swedish Lapland has to give during summer.

This tour makes you experience the longest day of the year when the sun doesn’t set. On midsummer evening we will have a party by the river with some good snacks and music to watch the midnight sun. The next day you will be able to help the locals to decorate the midsummer pole. For lunch we will have traditional midsummer dishes in nature.
Glamping
You will have a close by nature experience and sleep in a Glamping tent in nature with it own private summer shower and dry toilet. The tents are equipped with a comfortable double bed, 2 lounge chairs, carpets and a closet. Bedsheets, towels, shampoo and sleeping masks ( for during midsummer ) are included.
Activities
During your stay you will celebrate Midsummer, visit a Moose farm and a waterfall, you will learn about the berries and mushrooms of the season and where to find them, discover the hiking trails in the forests, go island hopping by boat, try to catch a fish,…
4 Hours Before Flight Time
Close by the border of Swedish and Finnish Lapland you’ll find the Lappkåtan of Långforsen. With our Midsummer package you are able to discover the active and eatable forests of Swedish Lapland and it’s sweet salty Baltic sea. In our 5 nights package we include a Midsummer celebration, a berry and mushroom picking course, a full equipped hike in the forests, a boat trip to the islands, a visit to a Moose farm and waterfall and more.

Included Spa
With our Glamping you are free to swim in the river and to use the hot tub or sauna (when it is heated by us). Looking forward to our spa facilities? Please inform yourself on arrival when we plan to heat the hot tub and sauna during your stay. Optional you can opt for the Finnish smoke sauna.
We will be waiting for you at the airport of Rovaniemi or Luleå.
Now it is time to head to our traditional Långforsen Lappkåtan where you will be guided to your room to unpack and come to rest after your flight.
You are always welcome for a drink in the bar or go for a walk. Extra optional activities are also available on site.
1.1 Berrie / Mushroom picking course
In the afternoon we go on a hike in the forests of Swedish Lapland to look for the best places to pick berries / mushrooms. Depending on the season we will find cloudberries, blueberries, lingonberries, chanterelles,…
You will learn more about these berries / mushrooms and what you can make with it.
During summer this is the perfect activity to experience a long golden hour.
The evening ends with dinner in the restaurant.
After dinner we have a small party by the river to experience the sun that doesn’t set!
After breakfast we head to the water rapids to help the locals decorate the midsummer pole. For lunch we will have a traditional Swedish midsummer table in the nature with all the recent harvested food from te start of the summer, such as fresh potatoes, fish,…
2.1 Hike in the forests
In the afternoon we provide you a map of the hiking trails in the forests, a compass and some bushcraft skills to go on a hike. Make use of the long days and walk on your own pace.
The evening ends with dinner in the restaurant.
Hop on with Simon on the boat and try to catch a fish in the Sangis river. You can fish on the floating deck or from land as well. In our river you can find perch and pike. Some locals come to the nearby rapids to catch big pike.
3.1 Wilderness Spa
Relax in the meantime in our Wilderness spa and watch your friends/ family catching a fish while enjoying the hot tub or campfire. Always wanted to try to smoke a fish? Try it on the campfire!
We’ll end the day with dinner in the restaurant.
Today you will make new friends. We will visit a family of moose’s and feed them with goodies from nature. You will learn about this elegant animal by storytelling in English from the owner of the farm. We will finish our visit with a Swedish coffee break called Fika.
4.1 Waterfall
After the Moose farm we visit a waterfall well known for it’s fly-fishing. To get there we will pass the Arctic circle for a picture moment. You will enjoy a lunch made on a campfire with a view on the waterfall.
Today we leave early on a boat trip to the Bothnian Bay archipelago. You will visit an old fisherman’s village on one of the islands where the church still exists, a national park,…
If you are lucky, you can spot a seal during the boat trip.
We will end the day with a dinner in the restaurant.
After an unforgettable trip in Swedish Lapland we will drive you back to the airport. We will provide you if needed an early breakfast depending on your flight time. If you’re flight is later in the day you can enjoy some free time at our place or choice for an optional activity.
