#1 Kuksa courseYou will learn about the benefits of a Kuksa here in Lapland and how it is made. Together with the supervisor, you will complete your own Kuksa in the traditional way.
You get the chance to personalize it and at the end we will inaugurate the kuksa in the tipi. As a professional Kuksa maker you will go home with a nice experience, your own wooden mug and a certificate.
This activity takes place on the border between Sweden and Finland.
During this activity you can:
• Meet the skilled craftsman who will guide you
• Take a look around his souvenir shop
• Have some coffee in between
• Make your own Kuksa
• Personalize your Kuksa
• Try out your Kuksa inside a traditional Lappish Teepee with an open fire
• Minimum 2 people
• During this workshop you will be finishing the kuksa. No dangerous tools are used during this process.
• You get the chance to personalize your own kuksa and use it during your winter package
